Over his extensive career, Paul was C.O.O. of the Cat’s on the Roof Media Group running three Production Companies – Gameface Productions, Second Act Productions and Crook Productions, all in collaboration with ITV. He held this post from 2015 until the group was fully acquired by the broadcaster in 2021.

Prior to that, Paul was Managing Director of Objective Productions for a decade. During his time there, he successfully oversaw the sale of the company to All3 Media in 2007, after which he continued to run Objective as a stand-alone company within the group until 2015.

Paul is currently a senior member of the team at Vaudeville Productions, Derren Brown’s TV and production company; as well as Soho Studios Entertainment, based in London and Glasgow.
